No General Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer replacement in case the product is received damaged or defective.

Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To request a replacement, you must provide clear and complete proof:

  • An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
  • The damage/defect clearly visible in the video or photos

⚠️ Without proper proof, we will not be able to process any replacement request.

Replacement Window
You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Verification Process
Once we receive your request and proof:

  • Our team will review it
  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

Important Notes

  • Requests made after the allowed time window may not be accepted
